Carmel:
Hi. We are Ali and Carmel Haigh and we are joint owners of Long Furlong Farm wedding venue.

Ali:
So we contacted Jasper from Yellow Glove Productions when we wanted some help with putting our brandng video together. With lockdown restrictions, we couldn't have people viewing our venues, so we wanted to put something together which would just give our customers an insight into who we were and all about our venue.

Carmel:
The branding video has been an excellent tool for sending to couples to give them an initial view of what the venue and we are all about.

Ali:
So we worked with Jasper to work out what message we wanted to provide to our customers. And we put together a script, which we went through on the day with no problem. From the feedback that we've had from our couples is, when they've come out to they've already had that initial consultation with us. They understand us and the reasons behind the venue. So we initially thought that the video would help us with our branding during lockdown in giving people a virtual tour and an introduction to us, but actually we've been using it more and more going forward with sending out on a link and to any email inquiries that we get. The video has given us excellent results and we would like to thank Yellow Glove Productions for producing the video.
