Emma and Tom | Stapleford Park Wedding | Leicestershire Wedding Videographer
It was a sunny Leicestershire day, the guests were excited, the Groom was ready and the Bride was close to arriving at the Church. Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Loughborough hosted the Wedding ceremony of Emma and Tom, the church itself was beautifully, many of the original features giving the building a wonderful character. Along with the amazing weather, Emma and Tom’s Wedding was looking to be a wonderful occasion.
Tom waited at the top of the aisle as his Bride to be made her entrance. The Priest gave a great service that included prayers, hymns and laughter. The vows were made and Emma and Tom became one. A large applause proceeded after the two kissed, followed by a blessing and then lots of confetti! These two just looked so happy and full of love, their day had only just begun.
After a short drive, we arrived at Stapleford Park where the Wedding reception would be taking place. It took me a moment to take in all of my surroundings; we were surrounded by beautiful English countryside and an amazing house. We got some shots of Emma and Tom alone and then some messages from their family and friends. It was hard to decide where to get our shots as there was so many different locations that would be perfect.
Emma’s Father gave an entertaining speech, he told stories of Emma’s childhood, first meeting Tom and the couple today. Tom followed with an emotional speech where he said just how blessed he felt being with Emma and having a family with her. Tom’s Best Man also gave a great speech talking about his early memories with Tom and his life since they both met. After all of the speeches it was time to let everyone eat.
Roll on the evening party, where the couple had got a live band to play songs all night! I definitely think that live bands not only add the video, but to the Wedding party; the band were incredible to listen to and watch. Emma and Tom cut their cake (one of the tallest we’ve seen, it was very exciting) and then took to the dance floor for their first dance. After 40 seconds of romantic swaying, the guests came over to the couple and covered them in confetti, soon after everyone else started to dance to the incredible band. The party had a fantastic atmosphere! We got some more footage and dancing done then it was time for us to leave. Emma and Tom’s day was full of fun, excitement and a whole load of emotion! All the best Emma and Tom, it was a pleasure capturing your day.
