Wedding Videography at Abbey Farm, Woodhall Spa, Lincolnshire

Tom and Stacey’s day took place at the recently renovated venue, Abbey Farm. I think I remember these mentioning that when they booked, the renovations hadn’t been completed so they put their trust in the venue’s ideas and waiting for their day!

Well the wait was worth it, Abbey Farm provided a beautiful setting for this sunny June Wedding. From the rustic feel of the Barns to the relaxed atmosphere in the surrounding fields where the interesting Abbey ruins are located, the venue certainly provides a lot of options when it comes to options for your photos and videos.

I worked alongside the awesome Andrew Wheeler throughout the day, from Stacey’s bridal prep all the way to the first dance. Always great to work alongside friendly photographers who you can share ideas with for the couple to see when they get their photos and videos back.

Tom and Stacey had a lovely ceremony followed by a bask in the sun with their guests for a drinks reception and group photos. The atmosphere was relaxed and everyone was happy to see each other. This positive vibe continued throughout the day, Tom and the rest of the chaps delivered a great selection of speeches and then enjoyed a stunning three courses.

The evening was soundtracked by a brilliant live band who started the evening with Tom and Stacey’s romantic first dance, then continued to play all the greats!

As always, the day was a pleasure to capture. I felt quite reflective on the day, maybe something to do with the countryside setting and the warm weather, but I just couldn’t help thinking how lucky we are to capture days like this.
