My Top 5 Favourite Wedding Venues | Midlands Wedding Videographer

After filming at so many Weddings at so many venues I have decided to reveal my top 5 favourite locations. You can watch the video above or read this article to find out who got through to the top 5, you can even read the post AND watch the video if you are feeling a little crazy.

Number 5 seems like the right place to start, so lets go:

5. The Oat Hill, Market Harborough

This venue is lovely; it is cosy and comfortable which is ideal for a Wedding reception. The venue has a small beer garden at the back for those hot summer weddings. In addition to a great setting, the food is top notch and the staff are great.

4. Ashton Lodge, Rugby

If you are looking for an exclusive use venue then Ashton Lodge is one of the best! Tons of room for guests and different rooms for the ceremony and reception means that you can put your mind at ease and go through the different parts of the day smoothly.

3. Stapleford Park, Melton Mowbray

Countryside weddings rule! This country house is the perfect place for an amazing luxurious wedding day. Explore the grounds and enjoy the surroundings, the inside is another thing to be admired. The space inside allows for a lot of fun such as dance floors and live bands. Stapleford Park is definitely one of the best.

2. Warwick House, Southam

Another amazing exclusive use venue. Rooms for changing and staying over plus beautiful rooms for your ceremony and reception. Warwick House is one of my recent venues but I am already listing it as a favourite, the evening party space can't be beaten. I'm definitely looking forward to the next video here!

1. Rowton Castle, Shrewsbury

Breathtaking would be the best word to describe this venue; you have to see Rowton Castle to believe it. The excellent staff are very friendly and always happy to help, the food is also great but my favourite part of the venue is the setting. The large amount grounds where photos and video can be taken gives endless possibilities from a video/photo perspective. I can't imagine anyone not being happy with a wedding here.

Thank you for reading this article, let me know your thoughts: do you have a favourite venue? Has this helped you find somewhere for your wedding?
