The lockdown has allowed the capabilities of video and photo to really shine through as an amazing tool for communicating. One piece of tech that we have found to be particularly incredible during lock down is 360 cameras; a new service from Yellow Glove Productions that has been quickly growing in popularity over the past couple of months, mostly due to the need for socially distanced/contactless house viewings.
Good photos are extremely important for selling or viewing any home but during a time where people can’t immediately book to see there next potential home in person, 360 Tours have been a blessing. Being able to immerse yourself in a space without having to leave your home sounds like a challenge, but thanks to the rate at which 360 tech has developed in the past number of years, we can help developers and agents bring a great solution for viewing to the comfort of buyers’ and clients’ homes.
