Jasper from Yellow Glove Productions here and today I am going to be talking about how music works for your wedding highlight video. 

This is a query that a lot of our couples have so I thought it would make sense to let everyone know. 

Now, unfortunately…we do not compose the music ourselves, sad I know! 

What we actually do is, we license tracks from sites such as MusicBed that provide the perfect soundtrack for your highlights. These tracks (as you can here on our previous videos) are quite ambient; this means that they do not age the video or give it any sort of cheesiness. Don’t get me wrong Ed Sheeran is the mastermind wedding songwriter but licensing those sort of track would not only be extremely expensive but would take away from the individual charm and unique quality that we look to deliver with your wedding video. 

We don’t want the track to take over the video completely and turn it into too much of a music video hence our preference for the more ambient style. We love to work your video around your wedding day speeches, vows or even letters. This allows the video to stay personal to you both and to take you back to that very day when you tied the knot together.
